Initial orders will be supplied only on a pro former basis.
At the discretion of THENDRO Pty Ltd a seven day credit account may be granted to approved applicants after their initial pro former order. New accounts will remain on a seven day credit account for three months. At the end of that time their account will be reviewed and a thirty day credit account may be granted. |
| The time of credit is calculated from the date of invoice, and we reserve the right to charge over due account fees to customers in breach of our trading terms. THENDRO Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge an account keeping fee of 1.5% per month on all outstanding overdue accounts. |
| A $20 service fee will be charged on all dishonoured cheques to cover bank charges and accounting costs. |
| Goods may not be supplied to customers with overdue accounts at the discretion of THENDRO Pty Ltd until such time as the account is brought up to date. |
| Returns for credits will only be accepted if authorised by a representative of THENDRO Pty Ltd or our agent, and we are notified within seven days of receipt of goods. Goods may only be returned by a carrier approved by us. Handling or freight charges may apply to returned goods depending on circumstances. |
| All goods, stock, display material, and merchandising stands remain the property of THENDRO Pty Ltd until paid for in full, and we reserve the right to re-claim any of these items at any time prior to full payment having been made. |
| Display material and merchandising stands provided by THENDRO Pty Ltd remains the property of THENDRO Pty Ltd, and may only be used to house, display, or market product supplied by us. |
| A flat rate of $15.00 for orders delivered within Melbourne, $20.00 for orders delivered in country Victoria, and $25.00 for orders delivered to all other parts of Australia to cover freight and handling. Overseas orders are F.O.B. |
| The directors/owners described in the Account/Credit Application Form will be responsible for payment of all outstanding moneys in the event of loss or damage of property due to fire, burglary, theft, accidental loss or, accidental or willful damage to any of the property belonging to THENDRO Pty Ltd. |
